LATE POLICY
In order to ensure each guest has the best experience, please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Late appointments that are unable to be rescheduled on the same day with the original provider are subject to our cancellation policy.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on our products within 14 days of purchase date for merchandise.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We now require a credit card to reserve your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or do not show up, we will charge a fee of 50% of services booked to the card on file. If a deposit was placed to book, the deposit will be kept as the no show fee. Please call the salon with any questions.
