After years of teaching and working as a platform artist, Tracy is excited to present a mentorship program where stylists can CHOOSE to focus on cut, color, or BOTH. We are looking for kind, creative, talented and driven individuals who wish to master their crafts. Our program meets twice a week encouraging apprentices to find their passion.
You’ll work with a stylist to learn:
Shampooing and Conditioning - learn the proper techniques for shampooing and conditioning clients' hair, ensuring they use the appropriate products for different hair types.
Cutting - master the correct cutting techniques for a diverse range of hair types and textures.
Client Consultations - learn to conduct thorough consultations with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and any specific hair concerns to provide personalized services.
Basic & Advanced Styling - basic hairstyling techniques, such as blow-drying, curling, straightening hair, upstyles as well as styling tips for different hair lengths and textures.
Color Application and Glazes - hair coloring techniques, including applying hair dye, foils, and balayage, while understanding color theory and how to achieve desired shades.
By the end of your apprenticeship, aspiring stylists and technicians gain hands-on experience, confidence, and the skills needed to excel in a fun, energetic, and trendy salon environment. Please come in and check us out!
